Dennis Mutton is a management consultant specializing in natural resource management, primary industries and resources, regional growth initiatives and business-government relations. From 1989 to 2002 he was Chief Executive of a range of Government agencies in South Australia including Chief Executive of Primary Industries and Resources SA from 1997 to 2002. He has a wide portfolio of directorships including Western Plains Resources Ltd. and Elders Ltd. He chairs the boards of the SA Natural Resources Management Council and the Australian Grape and Wine R&D Corporation.
